We recommend all participants to take necessary precautions and ensure they have appropriate insurance coverage for any unforeseen circumstances during the event.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received in writing by 1 February 2025 are entitled to a 50% refund, less administrative fees.

Cancellations received after 1 February 2025 – no refund shall be due.

All refunds will be made within one (1) month after the end of the event.

Refunds will not be processed if a Visa Application has been refused by an Embassy/Consulate Office.
